From there, go to the automated machine as you enter the parking garage from the parking entrance.
If parking at the garage says it’s “full” you can still tell Navy Pier Security that you’re there for Shakespeare and they will direct you to the theater’s designated parking entrance. This includes guaranteed indoor parking discounts at the Navy Pier Garage for all ticket holders starting two hours before each performance.
